摘要
目的:提高实习医生临床诊断思维和临床操作技能等综合能力。方法:(1)建立实习医生信息管理平台;(2)施行临床实习医生导师制;(3)病房定期开展小讲课、教学查房、疑难病例讨论;(4)在国家级实验教学示范中心开展临床技能培训;(5)开展实习医生医德医风和心理素质教育。结果:科学的规范了实习医生的管理和教学,使得实习医生的培养标准化。结论:我院培养的医学生更加优秀和自信,为国家输送合格的医疗人才奠定坚实的基础。
Objective： To improve comprehensive abihties of interns, such as thinking in clinical diagnosis and clinical skills. Methods： 1. An information management platform of interns was established. 2. A tutorial system was implemented for clinical interns. 3. Small lectures, ward rounds teaching, discussion on intractable cases, etc were regularly carried out in the ward. 4. Training on clinical skills was conducted in the National Experimental and Teaching Demonstration Center. 5. Education on interns＇ professional ethics and psychological quality were carried out. Results： The management and teaching of interns have been regulated in a scientific way, which makes the training of clinical interns in the comprehensive hospital standardized. Conclusion： The medical students become excellent and more confident, and it makes a solid foundation for providing qualified medical talents for our country.
