糖生物学与动脉粥样硬化关系的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 糖生物学及糖基化工程的飞速发展,推动了医学的进步。心血管疾病如冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、高血压及糖尿病所致的心血管并发症等,其发病率一直居高不下,对人们的生存和生活质量造成了极大困扰。糖基转移酶本身作为一类糖蛋白,在其中起到了巨大的作用。近几年,人们在对糖基转移酶了解的基础上,利用其功能研制了大量临床药物,其中包括针对心血管疾病的药物。糖基转移酶和糖蛋白的研究正成为生命科学研究中又一新的前沿和热点,将给人们带来更大的益处。本文以糖基转移酶在动脉粥样硬化中的研究进展作一综述。 The rapid development of glycobiology and glycosylation make an advancement in medicine. The high incidence of cardiovascular diseases, such as atherosclerosis, hypertension, and complication caused by diabetes mel- litus, seriously influenced the quality of people' s life. Glycosyhransferase plays an important role in it. In recent years, people develop many new clinical drugs in application of glycosyltransferase. The study of glycosyltransferase and glucoprotein is being a new front edge of life science, which will be of great benefit for human. This article discusses the advance of glycosyltransferase in atherosclerosis.
