新疆某三级甲等医院501名临床护士工作满意度调查分析 被引量:19

摘要 目的探讨临床护士工作满意度状况及其影响因素。方法按照职称及科室比例分层抽样的方法选取新疆某三级甲等医院的501名临床护士,采用护士工作满意度调查表进行调查。结果临床护士的总体工作满意度为比较满意,但对工资及福利、家庭/工作平衡比较不满意;职业选择的初衷、工作年限是护士满意度的影响因素。结论管理者应结合中国国情,在充分考虑护士的基本需要是否满足的前提下,改善护理工作条件,提高护士的工作满意度。 Objective To explore the job satisfaction of clinical nurses in hospital and its influential factors. Methods A total of 501 nurses were involved,by stratified sampling method, in accordance with the professional title and the department proportion and surveyed with Job Satisfaction Scale. Results The overall satisfaction of clinical nurses was in the degree of quite satisfaction ,but they were not satisfied with the welfare and the balance of family and work. The influential factors were work experience and the causes of choising occupation. Conclusion The administrator should improve working conditions and job satisfaction of nurses under the prerequisite of integrating the medical environment conditions of our country and fully considering whether the basic needs of nurses to be met.
