摘要
目的:探讨内镜下逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)围手术期的护理要点。方法:对162例行ERCP术患者的术前、术中和术后的护理资料进行回顾性总结。结果:162例均成功完成手术,其中出现内镜下十二指肠乳头括约肌切开术(EST)后局部少量出血5例,发生急性胰腺炎2例,未见其他并发症发生。结论:细致、规范的护理配合是ERCP取得良好效果的重要保证。
Objective ：To investigate the endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography （ERCP） peri0pemtive nursing points. Methods ：162 wutine ERCP patients undergoing preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative care information retrospectively. Results ：162 cases were sucessfully completod surgery, including endoscopic duodenal papilla sphinetemtomy （EST） after local bleeding five cases, two cases of acute pancreatitis, and no other complications.
