摘要
采用耐候性能优异的氟碳树脂为成膜物质,研究了二氧化钛粒径和不同质量分数对涂料反射隔热性能的影响;通过正交实验获得了多种粒径空心微珠复配使用时的最佳配比;分别按照美国军标和国家住建部标准检测了涂料的反射率和隔热性能,制备出一种反射率高于90%,隔热性能达到14.6℃,具有良好的耐蚀、耐候性能,可以在建筑屋顶及外墙等环境下长期使用的建筑反射隔热涂料。
High outdoor durable fluorocarbon resin was used as binder to develop the title coatings, focusing on the influence of titanium dioxide particle size and its mass fraction on reflection and heat insulation of the coatings. The optimum ratio of different particle size hollow microspheres in the formulation was finalized through orthogonal tests. The paint reflectivity and heat insulation properties were tested according to the U. S. military standard and national standards. Finally a reflective and heat insulation coating with reflectivity above 90% ,thermal insulation performance to 14. 6 ℃, and good performance on weathering as well as corrosion resistance has been developed, which could be used for roof and external walls.
