摘要
用空心玻璃珠和二氧化钛等颜填料改性硅酸铝隔热涂料,讨论了颜填料的用量、颜填料的性能如遮盖力、颜色、晶型对隔热涂料反射率的影响,确定了最佳颜填料配比,分析了影响隔热涂料热反射率的因素。
In this paper, the aluminum silicate thermal insulation coatings was modified with pigments and fillers, such as hollow glass microspheres and TiO2. The effect of pigments and fillers characters, such as hiding power,colors and crystalline forms and their content on reflectivity of thermal insulation coatings were also discussed, the best proportion of pigments and fillers were finalized and the influencing factors on thermal reflectivity of thermal insulation coatings were analyzed.
