连续不卧床腹膜透析病人体力活动状况及其相关因素研究 被引量：10

Study on physical activity status and its related factors of patients accepting continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis

摘要 [目的]了解连续不卧床腹膜透析病人体力活动状况及相关因素。[方法]选择腹膜透析3个月以上的病人117例,采用国际体力活动问卷(IPAQ)测评病人的体力活动状况,分析与之相关的因素。[结果]连续不卧床腹膜透析病人的总体力活动消耗中位数为198METmin/d;糖尿病病人的日总体力活动消耗比非糖尿病病人少(Z=-2.207,P=0.027);日总体力活动消耗与年龄、体质指数以及内脏脂肪水平均呈负相关,与血钾水平呈正相关。[结论]腹膜透析病人的体力活动不足,应鼓励病人增加体力活动,以促进病人的康复。
