白细胞介素-17调控类风湿关节炎滑膜细胞整合素分子表达与增殖作用研究 被引量：2

摘要 整合素（integrin）是由α、β2个亚基构成的异二聚体，在脊椎动物中整合素受体家族包括至少17个α亚基和9个β亚基，共同组成超过25种不同的整合素。在类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA）患者的滑膜细胞表面，以αv，α9，β1为主。本研究采用RA患者滑膜细胞的体外培养制备纤维母细胞样滑膜细胞（fibroblast—like synoviocyte，FLS），研究白细胞介素（IL）-17与整合素表达与调控FLS增殖的作用。
