摘要
介绍有源相控阵雷达中一种超薄型T/R组件的结构设计,从模块化和小型化出发,着重介绍该T/R组件的结构形式和设计实现方法,包括狭小空间中高密度装配的电气互连解决方法、超小表面积的风冷散热方法,以及通过合理的加工工艺,最终确保4.6 mm厚的T/R组件的设计得以实现。
The structure design of a super thin T/R assembly of certain active phased array radar is presented in this paper.Focusing on module design and miniaturization,problems of the 4.6 millimeter thick T/R assembly,including high density electrical interconnection,air cooling of small surface and proper manufacturing process are solved and good results are achieved.
