摘要
选择两种脱气工艺对LF-VD精炼炉脱氢进行了试验,结果表明:真空脱气时用吹氩搅拌工艺比电磁搅拌结合吹氩工艺更合理;现有工艺通过调整真空时间可以有效地控制钢中[H];要缩短真空时间必须加大吹氩量。
By means of serial experiments on dehydrogenation in LFVD refining furnace with two different kinds of degassing processes,the results show that argon stirring process is more reasonable than combination of electromagnetic stirring and argon stirring during vacuum degassing.The content can be efficiently limited by adjusting vacuum treatment time,and increasing the amount of blowing argon can reduce the vacuum treatment time.
