摘要
介绍了宝钢湛江钢铁有限公司350t转炉炼钢车间主体工艺流程和以该工艺流程为基础的工艺布置设计情况,包括炼钢生产工艺路线、基本设施配置、主体工艺流程和炼钢车间平面布置。通过分析总结了该炼钢车间工艺布置的特点。同时还介绍了炼钢主体设备的工艺参数,如转炉炉型、顶吹和底吹控制系统的设计和参数等。结合生产运行情况对该炼钢车间工艺设计作出了适当评价。
The main process route and the process layout based on the route for a 350 tconverter steelmaking plant in Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.were briefly introduced,including the process route,the allocation of the basic facilities,the main process and the plane layout of the steelmaking workshop.And the characteristics of the layout were summarized through the analysis.In addition,the process parameters of the major equipment were briefly illustrated,such as the inner shape size of the converter,the design and parameters of the top and bottom blowing control systems.Combined with the production operation conditions,an appropriate evaluation of the process design for the steelmaking workshop was made.
