摘要
目的:了解北京市社区居民健康管理服务的认知及需求状况,分析存在的问题。方法:选取北京市朝阳区和海淀区共两个社区,利用自制闯卷进行调查。结果:共获得294份有效问卷,健康管理总体认知率为62.3%,73.5%的人认为自已基本健康,在众多的健康管理机构中,被调查者对于体检中心认知以及接受程度最高,达到64.1%,在健康管理相关服务项目中,被调查者对于健康体检服务认知以及接受程度最高,达到78.3%;总需求率为54.6%,在众多健康管理服务项目中,被调查者对于健康体检服务的需求程度最高,达到94.9%,但需要自付费用时,这个比例降到55,1%;单因素分析表明,人群对健康管理的认知情况与年龄、文化程度、月收入和职业有关,但是未发现健康管理的需求情况与社会人口学因素之间的关联。结论:健康管理作为一个新兴概念,还没有被大多数人所了解和接受,总体认知程度不高;健康管理服务的潜在需求已经实际存在,某些健康管理服务如健康体检服务的需求程度非常高,但是存在多方面客观因素的制约,需要加强宣传和正确引导需求,同时加大相关机构管理力度。
Objective:To understand the residents' requirements and cognitions of health management services in two communities in Beijing and to analyze the existing problems.Methods:Using questionnaire to get the data from one community of Chaoyang District and one community of Haidian District.Results:There were 294 valid questionnaires finally.The total cognition rate of health management was 62.3%,73.5% of respondents thought they were basically health.Health examination center was the most coguized health management institution and the rate was 64. 1%.Physical check-up service was the most cognized health management service and the rate was 78.3%. The total requirement rate of health management services was 54.6%.Physical check-up service was the most required health management service and the rate was 94.9%,but the rate changed to 55.1% when it was mentioned to the more payment by individual.Uuivariate analyses revealed that cognition was related to age,educational status,income and profession.But there was no such correlation between requirement and demographics.Conclusion:Health management is a very new concept and it is not ~ognized and accepted by a lot of people so that the cognition rate is not high.But its potential requirement actually exists.Some health management services are widely required such as the physical check-up service.We need to enhance publicity, guide consumption and strengthen the management in health management institutes.
