摘要
[目的]通过对健康管理的产生及现状等的论述,阐明在人群中推行健康管理是提高公众健康水平的切实有效的方法。[方法]从健康管理的目的意义、国内外现状及实施方法等方面进行讨论。[结果]健康管理可以明显地降低疾病(尤其是慢病)的患病率,有效地降低医疗支出。[结论]健康管理是最经济有效的把握和维护健康的方法,应该在人群中大力推广。
[Objective] To discussion the production and status of health management, to clarify the feasible, effective measures to practise health mangement horizontally in crowd to promote the public health. [Methods] Disscussion started with the aspects of practical significance, international conditions, implementation method of health management. [ Results] The health management could lower the prevalence of the disease （especially chronic disease） obviously, lower the medical treatment expenditure availably. [ Conclusions ] Health management is the most economic method to hold and maintain health, which should be expanded strongly in crowd.
