摘要
利用搅拌磨的机械化学效应合成了超细β-TCP粉末,研究了磨矿时间、热处理温度和反应时间对β-TCP粉末性能的影响.结果表明,用机械化学法合成β-TCP,工艺简单,周期短,粉末平均粒径小于0.5μm.同时探讨了机械化学法合成β-TCP的机理.
Ultrafine β -TCP powder is prepared by the mechanochemical method in a stirred mill The effect of grinding time, thermal treating temperature and time on properties of β -TCP powder is investigated The results indicate that β -TCP powder (-0 5 μ m) can be fabricated by the mechanochemical effect in a simple process with shorter duration The mechanism of mechanochemical preparation of β -TCP powder is also discussed
