摘要
以氯化锆和氢氧化物以及氯化镁为原料,在室温下,通过机械化学法及高温热处理合成二氧化鋯基超细粉,经过X射线粉末衍射,扫描电镜,透射电镜分析,表明产物粒径小,颗粒分散性好.通过对比沉淀法,机械化学法制备氧化锆超细粉具有工艺简单,操作简便,污染少的特点.
Ultrafine nano- scale powders of ZrO2 and ZrO2(Mgo) has been prepared by mechanochemical processing of anhydrous zirconium chloride, lithium hydroxide and magnesium chloride in room temperature and subsequently washing, heat treatment. The properties of the ultrafine powders were studied by the techniques of XRD, TEM and SEM. Doping of MgO can improve the stability of ZrO crystal to keep its cubic crystal.
