腐蚀铝箔高压阳极氧化膜微观结构与电化学特征 被引量:7

Microstructure and electrochemical characteristics of aluminum anodic oxide film formed on etched Al foil

摘要 将高压铝电解电容器用腐蚀铝箔在硼酸电解质溶液中进行530 V阳极氧化,应用透射电镜与交流阻抗研究了所形成的高压阳极氧化膜的微观结构与电化学特征。结果表明:高压阳极氧化膜具有明显的层状结构特征,各层的结晶程度与缺陷特征不同,外层晶化程度较低、缺陷较少;中层与内层晶化程度较高、缺陷较多;铝箔表面微孔诱发弥散效应,交流阻抗频谱的等效电路可用膜QOX与膜电阻ROX并联,再与电解液电阻RS串联来表征,容抗行为显著接近界面电容元件特性,膜电阻处于氧化膜非晶质层电阻与结晶质层电阻之间而偏向结晶质层电阻。 The tunnel-etched Al foils for high voltage aluminum electrolytic capacitors was anodized at 530 V in boric acid electrolyte.Microstructure and electrochemical characteristics of the film were examined by means of transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The results show that the film consists of three distinct crystalline layers,namely inner,middle and outer parts.The crystallinity and defect size of the outer layer are less than those of the middle and inner layers.Dispersion effect induced by numerous tiny tunnels and high crystallinity makes the EIS to be simulated by an equivalent circuit consisting of a parallel of the barrier film resistance(ROX) and constant phase angle element(CPE,QOX),connected in series to a solution resistance(RS).The film’s capacitive impedance behavior is predominant and approximates to the interface capacitive performance.The film resistance is between that of the amorphous layer and that of the crystalline one and approximates to the later.
