热休克蛋白27与大肠癌的研究进展

摘要 热休克蛋白27(HSP27)是热休克蛋白家族中的重要一员,蛋白质组学研究证实HSP27在人类大肠癌肿瘤细胞中呈过表达现象,并且认为HSP27表达与大肠癌肿瘤细胞转移相关。近年来,HSP27表达被证实与化疗药物耐药和患者预后相关。HSP27表达水平可能是大肠癌患者独立的预后因素。进一步深入研究HSP27与大肠癌的关系,利用其作为大肠癌诊断、分级、治疗、预后的标志物及研制开发新的抗大肠癌药物有重大意义。 Heat shock protein( HSP) 27 was one of the most important HSP. Proteomics studies demonstrated that HSP27 was overexpressed in human colorectal cancer cells and the expression of HSP27 was correlated to metastatic behavior of colorectal tumor cells. In recent years,it was confirmed that the expression of HSP27 was associated with the chemotherapeutics resistance and prognosis of patients with colorectal carcinoma. The level of expression of HSP27 may be an independent prognostic factor in patients with colorectal carcinoma. Further research to the relation between HSP27 and colorectal cancer,and using HSP27 as colorectal cancer diagnosis,classification,treatment,prognosis markers and development of new anti colon cancer drugs were great significant.
