摘要
建立用高效液相色谱仪-荧光检测器检测肉制品中3,4-苯并芘的方法,通过超声提取、液液萃取和C18固相萃取柱联用对肉制品进行前处理。所得线性方程A=1424.54X-0.1367,相关系数r=1,回收率达到87.2%左右,精确度为2.1%,检测限为0.4μg/kg,试验分离效果好,适用于肉制品中3,4-苯并芘残留检测。
A method was developed for determining 3,4-benzo (a) pyrene in meat products,it ncluded sonication extraction,purification by liquid-liquid distribution,and decontamination by C18 SPE column,separation by high performance liquid chromatography with a fluorescent detector.The linear equation was A=1 424.54X-0.136 7,its correlation coefficient was 1,its percent recovery was 87.2 %,its definition was 2.1 %,and detectability was 0.4 μg/kg.The method had good isolation and suitable for determination of 3,4-benzo(a) pyrene in.
