荧光二阶校正法用于多环芳烃蒽和菲的直接定量测定 被引量:6

Determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons by using matrix fluorescence spectra coupled with second-order calibration algorithms

摘要 蒽(ANT)和菲(PHE)是多环芳烃环境污染物中的两种,由于光谱重叠,其很难用常规方法直接定量检测。本文采用平行因子分析和自加权交替三线性分解二阶校正法与三维荧光光谱相结合,对蒽(ANT)和菲(PHE)进行直接定量测定。当测量体系的成分数预估计值为3时,两种方法分辨后的回收率分别为(106.3±1.2)%、(102.3±1.8)%和(106.58±1.06)%、(102.26±1.83)%。对在未知干扰存在下,土壤提取液中加入的ANT和PHE含量进行测定,所得结果与加入量基本一致。实验结果表明,此方法可用于未知干扰共存下多环芳烃化合物的同时直接快速定量测定,可用于环境样品中多环芳烃的直接定量测定。 A simple and reproducible method which provides simultaneous determination of Anthrancene (ANT) and Phenanthrene (PHE) in soil samples has been presented in this paper. This could be used to make analysis of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) in our environment. The method combined excitation-emission fluorescence spectra with second - order calibration based on al- ternating trilinear decomposition algorithm when. Parallel factor anlysis (PARAFAC)was applied and the component number wan set to 3 ,the obtained recoveries of ANT and PHE were ( 106. 31 ± 1.84) % and ( 102. 26 ± 1.16) %, respectively. And the recoveries were ( 106.58 ± 1.06) % and ( 102.26 ± 1.83 ) % respectively by using SWATLD. The satisfactory results show that this experiment can be easily performed without paying out time-consuming and complicated procedures.
