摘要
面对日益激烈的教育国际化竞争形势,提高教学水平与服务质量成为吸引外国留学生来校学习的重要保障。与本科院校留学生教育相比,高职院校留学生教育尚处于开创期,没有足够的经验和先例可循,加上留学生数量不多,且培训时间较短,管理成本相对较高等因素,这都给高职留学生教育的发展带来了一定的影响。基于对新形势下我国教育国际化发展趋势的认识与思考,探索具有特色的高职教学管理模式,对高职院校留学生教育可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。
To attract more overseas students to study in China colleges and universities are expected to improve their teaching and service against the background of international competition of education.Compared with universities,higher vocational colleges are at the beginning stage in the education of exchange students,lacking experience.A small number of overseas students,short time overseas students stay in China,and high cost of teaching management contribute to unfavorable influence on the educational development.Based on the understanding and analysis of China＇s educational internationalization this paper discusses the unique mode of teaching management for overseas students in vocational colleges,which is of great importance to the sustainable development of the education.
