摘要
目的探讨丹参对原发性高血压患者炎症因子hs-CRP、sICAM-1及血管内皮功能的影响。方法 82例原发性高血压病患者,随机分为对照组(41例)和丹参组(41例),治疗14d后,采用放免法测定CGRP,6-Keto-PGF1α,ET-1,TXB2;ELISA法检测血清sICAM-1;激光散射比浊法测定hs-CRP。结果丹参组治疗后炎症因子hs-CRP、sICAM-1下降明显;血浆ET-1、TXB2下降,CGRP,6-Keto-PGF1α上升显著,与对照组比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.01orP<0.05)。结论丹参能够明显减轻原发性高血压患者炎症反应,抑制ET、TXA2和提高血管内皮CGRP、PGI2的作用,其保护血管内皮功能疗效显著。
Objective To explore the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza on the inflammatory mediators hs- CRP, sICAM-1 and the vascular endothelia in essential hypertension patients. Methods 82 essential hyperten- sion patients were randomly divided into control group( n =41 ) , salvia miltiorrhiza group( n =41 ) , The levels of CGRP, 6-Keto-PGFlct, ET-1, TXB2 were determined by the method of radioimmiunity, the serum level of sICAM-1 were detected by ELISA while the level of hs-CRP were detected by the method of laser nephelometry after two weeks treatment. Results After treatment, in salvia miltiorrhiza group, the inflammatory mediators hs-CRP, sICAM-1 were significantly decreased, The levels of plasma ET-1, TXB2 were significantly decreased and the levels of plasma CGRP, 6-Keto-PGFlct were significantly increased much more than those in the control group( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Salvia mihiorrhiza has inhibition effect the inflammatory react on the essential hypertension patients, and can inhibvition effect on ET, TXA2 bet elevates CGRP, PGI2, it effect on protection of vascular endothelia of essential hypertension patients is significant.
