摘要
根据对产业结构与就业结构的关系、产业结构调整对就业影响的相关研究,结合金融危机对我国产业及就业的影响分析,解析产业结构调整对农民工就业造成的影响,阐述产业结构调整的同时必须考虑保证农民工就业,逐步促进劳动力层次提升,保证产业结构调整与农民工就业协调发展。
According to the related research about the relationship between the industrial structure and employment structure, and the effect of industrial structure adjustment on employment, the article analysed the impact of the financial crisis on China＇s industries and employment, and parse industrial structure adjustment’s influence on employment of migrant workers. Industrial structure adjustment must be considered to ensure that the employment of migrant workers and the government should promote the advancement of labor force for the coordinated development of industrial structure adjustment and employment of migrant workers.
