摘要
老年护理人力资源状况对应对中国特色的养老危机具有重要作用,但受中国传统伦理道德观念、重医轻护的传统观念及老年护理教育模式的影响,我国老年护理人员的数量、质量均不容乐观,且后备力量的培养不足。本文结合我国养老问题的具体情况,阐述了开发我国老年护理人力资源的对策,包括重构现代伦理文化;摒弃偏见,加大政府和社会支持力度;完善老年护理教育体系,重视在职人员培训;合理利用现有的护理人力资源四个方面。
Elderly Nursing human resources situation plays an important role to cope with Chinese characteristics endowment crisis, but due to the traditional Chinese ethics ideas, not attaching importance to nursing work and the elderly nursing education model, the quantity and quanlity of our elderly nursing staff is not optimistic, what is more, the training of reserve forces is inadequate. Based on the specific circumstances of China' s old-age problems, this paper expounds some strategies for the development of the elderly nursing human resources in China, including the reconstruction of modem ethics culture, abandoning prejudice and increasing the government and social support; perfecting the elderly nursing education system and putting emphasis on inlob training: making reasonable use of the existing nursing human resources.
