摘要
目的研究藏红花酸对力竭运动大鼠血脂和血液生化指标的影响。方法大鼠游泳运动训练至力竭后测定大鼠总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白和极低密度脂蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)活性及血糖(BS)、丙二醛(MDA)和全血血红蛋白(Hb)的含量。结果藏红花酸能使力竭运动大鼠总胆固醇的含量显著下降;高密度脂蛋白的含量显著升高;低密度脂蛋白和极低密度脂蛋白的含量显著下降;SOD活性,BS、Hb含量显著升高;MDA含量、AST活性显著下降。结论藏红花酸对力竭运动大鼠可显著降低血脂,清除运动产生的脂质过氧化物和提高BS、Hb含量。
Objective To observe the effect of crocetin on Blood lipid and Some Blood Biochemical Indices of exercise training rats.Methods SD rats were divided into three groups:control(C),exercise(P),exercise+crocetin(G).The content of total Cholestero(lTC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL)and very low density lipoprotein(VLDL),superoxide dismutase(SOD),Glutamic-oxalacetic Transaminase(GOT),Glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT),the of Malondialdehyde(MDA),blood sugar(BS)in serum and Hemoglobin(Hb) in blood were determined and analyzed in rats after swimming training in blood were determined.Results Comparing with C group,the content of TC showed little difference in P group,while comparing with C group and P group,TC decreased evidently in G groups;Comparing with C group,the content of HDL showed little difference in P and G groups;Comparing with C group,the content of HDL increased evidently in P and G groups;Comparing with C group,the content of LDL and VLDL decreased evidently in G groups;The results showed that comparing with control group,the activity of SOD and BS enhanced consequently,the activities of GOT、GPT and MDA increased evidently in swimming training group,the activity of SOD and the content of BS and Hb increased evidently,while the content of MDA and the activity of GOT、GPT decreased evidently in swimming training and treated SI groups.Conclusion SI could reduced the content of TC,LDL and VLDL evidently,and could raised the content of HDL evidently in blood,reduced lipid peroxide which produced in training and raised the content of BS and Hb in exercise training rats.
