摘要
目的探讨丹皮酚和芍药苷不同配比对急性心肌梗死大鼠的保护作用。方法通过结扎大鼠冠状动脉制作心梗模型,给予不同配比的丹皮酚和芍药苷,观察其对心梗面积、心电图ST段和肌酸激酶(CK)、血栓素B2(TXB)2的作用。结果丹皮酚100mg·kg-1组及含有丹皮酚100mg·kg-1的两个配伍组与模型组比较可显著降低梗死占全心面积的百分比(P<0.01),丹皮酚50mg·kg-1+芍药苷50mg·kg-1组和丹皮酚50mg·kg-1组也可降低梗死占全心面积的百分比(P<0.01或P<0.05);而单用芍药苷的两个组则未表现出显著作用(P>0.05)。除芍药苷25mg·kg-1组外,各给药组对结扎导致的ST段的升高有降低作用;对心电图ST段和CK、TXB2的作用与对心梗面积影响的结果基本一致。结论丹皮酚在一定剂量下对结扎所致的急性心肌梗死大鼠的作用与配伍后相当。
Objective To explore the protective effect of paeonol,paeoniflorin and their different-proportion combinations on acute myocardial infarction（MI）in rats.Methods MI model was established by ligating coronary artery,then the model rats were administrated with paeonol,paeoniflorin and their different-proportion combinations.Their effects on myocardial infarction area,electrocardiogram（ECG）ST segment,creatine kinase（CK）and thromboxane B2（TXB）2 levels were observed.Results Compared with model group,paeonol 100 mg/kg and the combination containing paeonol 100 mg/kg reduced the percentage of MI area（P〈0.01）.So did the combination of paeonol 50 mg/kg＋ paeoniflorin 50 mg/kg（P〈0.01）.However,paeonol 50 mg/kg had no above effect.The two paeoniflorin alone groups didn＇t display significant effect（P〉0.05）.Paeonol,paeoniflorin and their different-proportion combinations decreased the increased ST segment,and had the similar effect on ECG ST segment,CK and TXB2 levels,and myocardial infarction area.Conclusion In a certain dosage range,paeonol alone shows similar effect with its different-proportion combinations on acute MI rats.
