摘要
将工作倦怠引入人力资源管理领域,从薪酬制度角度,对员工工作倦怠问题进行研究。运用实证分析,将薪酬水平、薪酬结构、福利、加薪次数、加薪幅度、休假、加班等要素作为影响因子,描述薪酬制度和工作倦怠的关系,进一步研究薪酬制度对员工产生工作倦怠的影响程度。通过研究发现,薪酬制度是引起员工工作倦怠的重要原因,薪酬制度分别从薪酬及增长、缩短工作时间和绩效比重3个维度影响工作倦怠。
The paper put job burnout into the human resources management field,and from the perspective of pay system studies the job burnout of staff,Through empirical analysis,the pay level,pay structure,benefits,pay frequency,salary increases,vacation,overtime,etc.,we describe the relations between pay system and job burnout,and make further study on the effects of pay system to job burnout.The study shows staff that pay system is an important cause of job burnout,and pay systems influence job burnout separately from three dimensionss:alaries and growth,shortened working hours and performance.
