摘要 轻度认知功能障碍是近年的研究热点,是介于正常老化与痴呆之间的过渡状态。本文拟从概念演变、诊断流程、临床分型、神经心理学评估、阿尔茨海默病风险预测以及治疗方法等方面做出阐述。 Mild cognitive impairment （MCI） refers to the transitional state between the cognitive changes of normal aging and early dementia. This paper reviews the diagnosis, clinical typing, etiology, cognitive testing, prognosis and treatment of MCI in recent years.
