小型猪复合麻醉剂对小型猪部分心肺指标及血浆内皮素和降钙素基因相关肽含量的影响 被引量:9

摘要 【目的】研究小型猪复合麻醉剂对小型猪血浆内皮素(endothelin,ET)和降钙素基因相关肽(calcitonin gene related peptide,CGRP)含量及部分心肺指标的影响。【方法】14头实验用小型猪肌肉注射小型猪复合麻醉剂0.15mL·kg-1,并在注药前及注药后5、10、30、45、60、80、100、120min分别进行无创血压和心率(heart rate,HR)的监测并同步采取前腔静脉血样。采用放射性免疫分析法测定小型猪血浆中ET和CGRP的含量,并分析他们之间的相关性。【结果】无创血压、HR主要是在注药后5-10min及80min时变化明显(P<0.01或P<0.05)。ET与血压的变化趋势大致相似,且它们之间存在着一定的相关性(P<0.05);CGRP与血压的变化趋势相反,呈一定的负相关性(P<0.05)。【结论】ET和CGRP共同参与了小型猪复合麻醉剂引起的小型猪血流动力学变化过程,ET和CGRP的变化可能是小型猪复合麻醉及引起小型猪血压发生变化的主要原因之一。 【Objective】 The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of miniature pig combination anesthetic on the plasma ET,CGRP and some cardiopulmonary parameters in miniature pigs. 【Method】 Fourteen Chinese experimental miniature pigs were intramuscularly injected miniature pigs combination anesthetic at 0.15 mL·kg^-1,and blood samples were collected in 0,5,10,30,45,60,80,100 and 120 min,and simultaneously noninvasive blood pressure and HR were monitored. Plasma ET and CGRP were determined by radioimmunoassay. 【Results】 Blood pressure and HR were significantly changed from 5 to 10 min and at 80 min (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). ET was changed similar to that of blood pressure,and the correlation between them was found (P〈 0.05),and a negative correlation was observed between the CGRP and blood pressure (P〈0.05). 【Conclusion】 ET and CGRP participated in change of blood pressure which was caused by miniature pigs combination anesthetic,and ET and CGRP maybe the main reasons of change of blood pressure,which was caused by miniature pigs combination anesthetic.
