摘要
《数控机床故障诊断与维修》是一门理论与实践结合非常紧密的专业课程,其专业性与实践性很强,按照项目化教学方式组织实施课程,有利于实现教学目标。基于项目化教学思路,该课程以数控机床维修工的国家职业技能鉴定要求为依据,设计了数控机床的管理与维护、数控机床机械部件的调整与维修、数控系统的连接与调试等5个学习情境,每个学习情境又分若干个小项目(任务)对学生进行训练。
"NC malfunction diagnosis and maintenance"is a professional course of having a very close combination of theory and practice and with strong practicality and professionalization, to organize and implement the curriculum in accordance with project teaching methods is conducive to realize its teaching objectives. Based on the ideas of project teaching, in accordance with state technical verification requirement of NC machine maintainer, we have designed five learning environments including management and maintenance of NC machine, adjustment and maintenance of mechanical components, debugging and connection of NC control system and so on for the curriculum, which each learning environment is divided into a number of small items(tasks) to train students.
