闭挤式精冲工艺过程的数值模拟及参数优化 被引量:6

摘要 采用DEFORM-2D软件对不同参数坯料的闭挤式精冲过程进行了模拟,对闭挤式精冲中静水应力的变化规律进行了研究,静水压应力随着外环填充率的提高而增大,有利于精冲的顺利进行。采用brozzo断裂准则对闭挤式精冲的断裂进行了模拟,并通过与工艺实验所获得的数据进行对比,证明了当断裂值取0.2时,数值模拟与物理实验结果较为接近。 DEFORM-2D software has been applied to simulate different parameters of closed extruding fines blanking process. The changing law of hydrostatic stress has been researched. It's proved that the hydrostatic stress increases as the higher filling rate of outer-ring which can improve the better quality of shear surface. Brozzo fracture criterion has been adopted to simulate the fracture of closed extruding fine-blanking. It is proved that when the fracture value is 0.2 the result of the numerical simulation is mostly close to the physics experiment.
