Finite element analysis on fine blanking processes of shifting fort forming

摘要 使用有限元分析法对拨叉零件的精冲过程中V形齿圈对冲剪面的影响进行了研究。拨叉零件是汽车座椅调角器上的一个精冲件,由AlSI1045钢板冲成。为了成功的模拟精冲成形过程,使用了Cockcroft和Latham的断裂准则法去删除网格。利用Deform-2D对V形齿圈的不同位置和高度进行了模拟,将获得模拟结果与实验结果进行了比较。结果表明,有限元法模拟的结果对预测获得最佳精冲产品是有用的。 The effect V-ring indenter on the sheared surface in the fine blanking of shifting fort is investigated by means of finite element method. The shifting fort is one of fine-blanking parts on automobile seat regulator, blanked by AISI1045 steel. The cockcroft and latham fracture criterion to kill element method is used in order to simulate the fine-blanking operation successfully. Different position and height of V-ring indenter is simulated by Deform-2D software, compared simulation result with experimental result. It is shown that the FEM simulation result can be useful for predicting the optimal fine-blanking products.
