日粮中添加VB对商品肉猪生产性能及肉品质影响 被引量:6

摘要 本试验内容先后在莱芜猪场和莱州畜牧兽医站猪场进行了小试和中间试验。在商品肉猪日粮中添加高于NRC标准2、3、4倍的B族维生素,测定对瘦肉率、肉品质及生产性能的影响。结果表明:日粮中添加复合VB以高于NRC标准的3倍即每100kg日粮中添加45g对提高眼肌面积、胴体瘦肉率,肉色、大理石纹、失水率、肌内脂肪等指标有较显著的改善作用。 60 crossbred pigs 30kg BW were divided randomly into one control group and two experiment groups. The experiment groups received the same basal diet supplemenied with different dose of VB. The results showed that growth performance of crossbred pigs can be promoted and carcass qualities of crossbred pigs can be improved greatly by VB. The suitable supplement of VB is 45g/100kg.
