摘要
目的通过对前牙采用IPS Empress全瓷贴面修复后的临床观察和分析,评价其瓷贴面的临床效果.方法21例患者制作IPS Empress全瓷贴面61个,修复2 a后用改良-瑞格(Ryge)标准评价方法,对瓷贴面的各项临床指标:瓷表面质地、边缘适合性、颜色匹配、牙龈反应、术后敏感及存留率进行观察分析.结果瓷贴面损坏脱落率低于4%,存留率为96.4%;95%具有良好的边缘适合性;3%左右修复体龈缘有轻微充血;15%左右患者在备牙后1周以内出现不同程度冷热刺激敏感,粘接后敏感均消失;94%左右患者对颜色匹配满意,有6%左右患者认为颜色略欠缺,但能接受;结论临床观察表明IPSEmpress全瓷贴面是一种较为可靠的,美观效果较好的前牙修复方法.
Objective Toevaluate the clinical effects ofIPS Empress castingporcelain veneer tothe frontal teeth.Methods 61 IPS Empress casting porcelain veneers were made for 21 patients.After 2 years,the clinical performance of veneers was evaluated acording to modified California Dental Association/Ryge Criteria.Porcelain qualities,border fitness,color matchness,the gingivalcondition,sensitiveness after operation and success rate were calculated.Results The success rate of casting porcelain venneer was 96.4%,and the unsucces rates was 4%;the border fitness rate was 95%;3% patients appeared gingival bleeding;15% patients felt different degree uncomfortable cold and hot stimulation 1W after the operation,but the uncomfortable feelings dissappeared after adherension.94% patients were satisfied with the colotr,6% patients were not sutisfied with the color,but could accept.Conclusion IPS Empress casting porcelain veneer is a successful and reliable approach with beautiful outlook for frontal teeth.
