摘要
咨询知识库是供用户查询知识并获得参考服务的平台。目前,图书馆咨询知识库建设在查询利用、更新导航和个性化服务等方面存在一些问题。为了充分发挥咨询知识库这一生长着的有机体的作用、提高咨询知识库为广大用户服务的质量和水平,图书馆应对咨询知识库的内容进行更新维护,选择更合适的分类检索方式,组织相关知识的链接,整合推荐精彩的知识,梳理融会用户的补充反馈。
Reference repository is a service platform for users to search knowledge and obtain reference services. At present, there are some problems in the construction of library reference repository. For giving full play of reference repository as a growing organism and improving the service quality and level, libraries should update and maintain its content, choose suitable classifying and searching methods, organize related knowledge links, integrate and recommend excellent knowledge, and systemize feedback information.
