摘要
目的研究栀子Gardenia jasminoides果实60%乙醇提取物的化学成分。方法采用各种现代色谱技术进行分离和纯化,根据化合物的光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离鉴定了12个木脂素类化合物,其结构分别为栀子脂素甲(1)、丁香脂素(2)、松脂素(3)、丁香脂素-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、落叶松脂素(5)、八角枫木脂苷D(alangilignosideD,6)、落叶脂素(7)、落叶脂素-9-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)、蛇菰宁(balanophonin,9)、山橘脂酸(10)、榕醛(ficusal,11)、肥牛木素(12)。结论化合物1为一新化合物,命名为栀子脂素甲,化合物2~6、9~12为首次从该属中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents in 60% ethanol extract from the fruit of Gardenia jasminoides. Methods The compounds were isolated by various chromatographic techniques and identified by spectroscopic methods. Results Twelve compounds were obtained and identified as gardenianan A (1), syringaresinol (2), pinoresinol (3), syringaresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), lariciresinol (5), alangilignoside D (6), lyoniresinol (7), lyoniresinol-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8), balanophonin (9), glycosmisic acid (10), ficusal (11), and ceplignan (12). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound named gardenianan A. Compounds 2--6 and 9--12 are reported for the first isolation from the plants of Gardenia Ellis.
