CD4^+ CD25^(high) CD127^(low)调节性T细胞在宫颈癌患者外周血中的表达及意义 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨CD4+ CD25high CD127low调节性T细胞(Regulatory Tcell,Treg)在宫颈癌患者外周血中的表达特点及临床意义。方法:采用流式细胞术检测21例宫颈癌患者和11例健康者外周血中CD4+ CD25high CD127low Treg、CD4+ T细胞、CD8+T细胞和NK细胞的表达水平。结果:21例宫颈癌患者外周血中CD4+ CD25high CD127low Treg占总CD4+ T细胞的(11.17±2.14)%,高于健康对照组(6.96±0.94)%(t=5.974,P<0.05),与NK细胞呈负相关(r=-0.468,P<0.05);CD4+T、CD8+T细胞占总T细胞的比例与健康对照组比较差异均无统计学意义;随疾病进展,宫颈癌患者外周血中CD4+ CD25high CD127low Treg水平升高,Ⅱ期+Ⅲ期患者外周血中CD4+ CD25high CD127low Treg占总CD4+ T细胞的(10.80±1.48)%,明显高于Ⅰ期患者(9.34±1.42)%(P<0.05)和健康对照组(6.96±0.94)%(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌患者外周血CD4+ CD25high CD127low Treg表达水平可能是一个较好的反映宫颈癌患者免疫功能状态的参考指标,其在外周血的升高程度与肿瘤临床分期有关,可能参与了宫颈癌的发生发展。
