摘要
酒店管理专业实践教学是培养学生职业能力的根本保证和学生就业、职业拓展的必要手段。本研究在校企共建实习教学基地并开展工学交替的模式下，坚持以学生为中心、学校为主导、企业为主体，从立足职业岗位需要、严把实践关键环节、严格组织实施、突出职业能力培养及对接职业考核标准等入手，通过构建四层四步递进式的实践训练体系、规范实习教学流程、加强实习过程管理、强化专业实习指导及实施全程考核评价等措施，建立互利互惠、优势互补、共同发展的学校、酒店、学生三赢的驱动机制。
The practice teaching of Hotel Management major is fundamental guarantee for cultivating students＇ professional competence, and it is also a necessary means of students＇ employment and vocational expansion. The research is based on the mode of co-building practice teaching base and alternating way of work and study. Starting from the student-centered, school-oriented enterprises as the mainstay, from the professional positions, strict links in practice, strict organization and implementation, some measures are taken to establish driving mechanism of mutual benefits and reciprocity, complementary advantages and common development. Then Colleges, hotels and students have a win-to-win-to-win relationship.
