摘要
运用Moldflow软件对汽车储物盒下盖在不同浇口数目下的注塑过程进行数值模拟。分析填充时间、气穴、熔接痕、翘曲产生的原因及其对制件表面质量的影响。比较结果表明:选择填充时间较短、表面质量较好、翘曲相对不明显的浇口数目为最终优化方案。Moldflow软件在浇注系统设计中的应用减少了修模次数,缩短了产品开发周期。
The software Moldflow was used to simulate the proceeding of injection for the lower cover of automobile plastic box in the different gate number. The formed cause and the impact on appearance quality of fill time,air trap,weld line, warp were analyzed. By comparing the results,the gate number project with shorter fill time,better appearance quality,less apparent warp was chosen as final optimum scheme. The using of software Moldflow reduced the times of repairing die, shortened the product developing cycle during the design of injection system.
