摘要
锂电池外壳质量要求高,生产批量大,在注塑模设计时采用CAE技术优化浇口与流道设计。在模具的其他结构设计方面,如成型零件、推出机构、冷却系统结构设计时充分考虑零件的加工与装配、模具动作等以保证注塑成型产品的质量,为工程实际应用提供有价值的参考。
The design of the gate and sprue was optimized during the design of injection mouht because of high quality requirements and mass production of lithium battery shell. Parts assembling and machining, the mould acts, etc, were considered fully to ensure molding process quality . Valuable reference was provided for projects during the other structural designs such as the design molding parts, ejecting mechanism and coolant system.
