摘要
目的观察参附注射液对长春瑞滨联合顺铂(NP)方案治疗老年非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)引起的毒副反应的影响。方法将50例老年NSCLC患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例,两组均采用NP方案治疗,共2周期。治疗组在化疗同时加用参附注射液静滴。观察两组患者毒副反应及患者生存质量。结果治疗组血液毒性及恶心呕吐症状较对照组轻,且Karnofsky(KPS)评分高于对照组。结论参附注射液能减轻NP方案引起的血液毒性,提高老年NSCLC患者生存质量。
Objective： To explore the influence of Shenfu Injection on vinorelbine plus cisplation （NP） chemotherapy regimen in treating old patients with non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） in side effects. Methods： 50 cases of non-small cell lung cancer old patients were randomly divided into treatment group （25 cases） and control group （25 cases） . Both groups were given two cycles of NP regimen. The treatment group was added Shenfu Injection. The quality of life and side effects were observed. Results： The blood toxicity in the treatment group was slighter and the KPS score was higher than those in control group. Conclusion： Shenfu Injection can reduce the blood toxicity caused by NP chemotherapy regimen and improve the quality of life of old patients with NSCLC.
