摘要
恶病质多见于癌症晚期，其确切发病机制尚不明确，以营养支持、激素为主的西医治疗，受副作用和医疗成本的影响，不能为广大患者所接受。因此，近年来中医药的综合治疗，逐渐成为该领域研究的热点，本文通过资料收集，总结了相关研究成果，提出了目前相关研究的不足及今后的发展方向，希望能为从事该方面研究的同道提供有益的借鉴。
Cachexia was commonly seen in the advanced stage of cancer, while its mechanism has been uncertain. The medical treatments focusing on nutritional support or hormone therapy cannot be accepted by extensive patients for their side effects and massive costs. Therefore, the comprehensive therapy of TCM has gradually become a hot spot for study in the recent years. This article collected and summaried related documents, putting forward the Shortcomings in these documents and the future study orientation, hoping to provide positive help to such studies.
