摘要
大学教育中,女大学生由于生理、传统文化等因素的制约和影响,面临着就业、发展机会的不平等。通过调查对比分析我国男女大学生就业情况,研究国内外创业教育概念框架和理论体系研究以及对国内外著名高校创业教育典型案例分析,构建了适应创业经济时代下我国高等女大学生创业教育课程体系。
Due to the physiological and traditional cultural factors, female university students are faced with inequality in job-hunting and opportunities of personal development. The employment situation of male and female students has been compared through investigation. The education frames of innovative undertaking home and abroad have been studied, and case study of typical examples in universities home and abroad has been done. Curricular system of innovative undertaking education has been set up to help female university students to adapt to the new age.
