摘要
设计粉体粒子在管道输送过程中起电电荷分布实验装置,并利用最新的实验分析设备,开展相应的大量粉体粒子起电电荷分布实验研究.实验结果表明:粉体粒子电荷从负到正呈广泛分布;当管道长度L>0.05m时,平均碰撞次数n随管道长度线性增加;粒子平均电荷量qm作为1个函数与粒子电荷方差σ2有关;电荷方差σ2随平均粒子电荷的增加而增加;粒子碰撞起电系数平均值k随管道长度的增加快速地变成1个常量.
Experimental apparatus is designed for testing the charge distribution of powder particles which are transmitted through the pipe, and electromotive charge distribution of large amount of powder particles is studied using the latest experimental analysis device. The results show that the distribution range of powder charges is wide from negative to positive; when the pipe is longer than 0.05 m, the average number of collision increases linearly with the increase of pipe length ; the average charge qm^- as a function is related to particle charge variance σ^2; charge variance σ^2 increases with the increase of the average charge of particles; the average collision electromotive coefficient changes into a constant swiftly with the increase of pipe length.
