摘要
概述图书馆知识服务的相关理论,构筑高校图书馆区域知识服务模式,肯定高校图书馆在区域知识服务方面具有资源、地缘、人才、信誉等优势,指出高校图书馆尚存在缺乏动力、体制僵硬、缺乏特色、与社会用户沟通能力有限等问题,并对高校图书馆开展区域知识服务给出包括政策驱动和项目驱动并行、优化人力、引进竞争机制、扩大宣传、围绕区域经济建设加强馆藏文献资源建设5点策略。
This paper gives an overview of library knowledge service and builds the model of regional knowledge service of college library , points out college library has some advantages in the aspect of resources, location, human resources and reputation, analyses the disadvantages such as the absence of power, institutional rigidities, the lack of features, and the limit in communication ability. At last it gives five solutions, including policy-driven and project-driven in parallel, optimizing human resources, introducing competition mechanism, enhancing collections resources construction.
