摘要
知识服务已经成为高校图书馆转型关注的核心,本文通过文献调研和知识服务的实践,阐述在新的信息和知识环境中知识服务的价值定位、本质内涵和意义;分析在高校图书馆的视野下知识服务与泛在的学科服务的本质区别,以及当前高校图书馆深入开展知识服务在认知、理论以及实践上所应该突破的屏障;提出了知识产品是知识服务的一种重要形式,知识产品的水平是图书馆核心价值和能力的直接体现,并且从理论的角度对知识产品的概念、属性、类型和生产原则给出了较明确、系统的解释和描述,从实践的角度提供了案例。
Knowledge service(KS)has become the focus of the transformation for academic libraries.This article explains the value orientation,essential connotation of,and the significance of KS in the current information environment.Meanwhile,we addresses the intrinsic differences between KS and Subject services(SS),the latter is more ubiquitous last decade,in the view of academic libraries.Again points out the barriers of theory and practice that should be overcome for the academic libraries to carry out KS in a deeper way.It is proposed that knowledge products(KP)are an important form of KS,as well quality of KP reflects directly of the core values and capabilities of libraries.In addition,this article defines the concept,attributes,types and production principles of KP in theoretical perspective systematically,as well provides practical cases.
