摘要
针对结构微小缺陷振动无损检测中难以提取含故障信息信号的难点,以含有预制裂纹的微型汽车驱动桥试件为研究对象,探索了一种采用小波分析和现代谱估计技术,提取结构受瞬态激励作用下,反映裂纹信息的微小弹性波的实验室裂纹识别方法.试验结果表明,该方法能够较为有效地提高结构微小缺陷振动检测的信号精度.
It is difficult to isolate the signal with messages of structure's mini-faults in vibration detection methods.This paper proposes a method of wavelet analysis and modern spectrum estimation technology to extract the weakness elastic wave signal that represents structure's cracks characteristics.For a specimen with crack,the experimental results show that this method can improve the accuracy of the crack identification from the vibration signal.It will be used in the non-damage detection technology for mini-faults in engineering practice.
