摘要
临床实践教学是医学教学过程中的重要组成部分。随着现代高等医学教育技术的发展,临床技能培训中心的建设和管理在本科医学教育中起着越来越重要的作用。为了顺应高等医学教育发展的趋势,培养具有竞争力的高级医学人才,我校巨资引进先进技术,建设临床技能培训中心,本文现对医学院临床技能培训中心的建设和运营管理模式进行探讨。
Clinical practice teaching is an important part during the process of medical teaching. With the development of modern higher medi- cal education technology, clinical skills training center is getting more and more important： In order to meet the development trend of higher medical education and foster competitive senior medical personnel, our school has sunk amounts of money and introduced advanced technology in building the clinical skills training center, this article investigates the clinical skills training center construction and the mode of operation and management.
