摘要
在模拟自然降温的过程中,分别对深山含笑喷施脯氨酸(Pro)、维生素C(VC)和CaCl2溶液,从渗透调节、清除活性氧和Ca2+调节3个方面研究其抗寒性。结果显示,喷施这3种物质能明显提高SOD酶活性和Pro含量,降低丙二醛(MDA)含量;说明Pro、VC和CaCl2均能提高深山含笑的抗寒性,但相对以Pro效果更为明显。
In the process of simulating the natural temperature reduction, Michelia maudiae Dunn. was sprayed with proline, vitamin C and CaCl2 solution respectively to study its cold resistance in terms of osmoregulation, active oxygen elimination and Ca^2+ adjustment. The results showed that in comparison with the related references, spraying these three substances could obviously raise the activity of Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) and the content of praline, and reduce the content of Malondialdehydel (MDA), which indicates that proline, vitamin C and CaCl2 solution all can raise the cold resistance of Michelia maudiae.
