摘要
以小麦、油菜为供试作物,分别研究了稀土元素La、Nd对小麦、油菜幼苗可溶性蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明:La、Nd浓度在0—50mg/L时,对小麦、油菜幼苗地上部分可溶性蛋白质含量有一定的促进作用;而对小麦、油菜幼苗地下部分有明显的抑制作用,并且随着稀土元素浓度的升高抑制作用越明显。可溶性蛋白质含量在幼苗根与地上部分的变化趋势完全不同,可能是因为稀土元素在植物根部和地上部分的富集程度不同,导致根系浓度高,地上部分浓度低,使根部蛋白质的合成受抑制而地上部分受刺激。
The effects of rare earth elements La and Nd on soluble protein content were investigated by using the seedlings of wheat and rape as samples. The result showed that 0 - 50 mg/L La and Nd could improve the soluble protein content in the overground part of seedlings both for wheat and rape, however they could significantly inhibit the soluble protein content in the underground part Of both seedlings, and the inhibitory intensity increased along with the increase of the concentration of La and Nd. The reverse results of soluble protein content in the overground part and underground part of both seedlings might be caused by different enrichment degree of rare earth elements in both parts, the synthesis of soluble protein in the overground part was stimulated due to lower enrichment of La and Nd, while that in the underground part was inhibited because of higher enrichment of La and Nd.
