摘要
[目的]筛选出适合张家口地区种植的二色胡枝子种源。[方法]以引自美国乔治亚州(A1)和河北宣化县(A2)的二色胡枝子为试材,通过播种栽培试验筛选出了适宜当地栽种的二色胡枝子。[结果]8月中旬后A1生长迅速,其株高超过A2。A1在试验地区的株高生长表现好于A2。无论是A1还是A2,间作1行和间作2行的株高和地径生长差异不显著。无论是间作1行还是间作2行,年底时A1的株高生长优于A2,但其地径生长差异不明显。A1间作1行的单丛叶生物量最高,达85.9g。A1间作1行和2行的单位面积叶生物量分别为286.5和464.9kg/hm2,A2的分别为148.1和257.7kg/hm2。与间作1行相比,A1间作2行的叶产量提高了62%。A1和A2的粗蛋白和能量含量差异不显著。[结论]在冀西北地区利用二色胡枝子发展饲料生产,目前最宜于选择的种源是美国乔治亚州种源。
[Objective]The aim was to select out the seed source of Lespedeza bicolor suitable for planting in Zhangjiakou.[Method]With L.bicolor introduced from Georgia of USA(A1) and Xuanhua County of Hebei Province(A2) as tested materials,the L.bicolor suitable for planting in the local place was selected out through seeding and planting experiment.[Result]A1 grew fast after middle Aug.and its plant height exceeded that of A2.The growth performance in plant height of A1 was better than that of A2 in experimental region.For A1 and A2,the growth differences in plant height and ground diameter between 1-and 2-row intercropping were not significant.For 1-and 2-row intercropping,the growth in plant height of A1 was better than that of A2 in the end of the year,but their growth difference in ground diameter was not obvious.The biomass of simple bundle leaves of 1-row intercropping A1 was highest,being up to 85.9 g.The leaf biomasses per unit area of 1-and 2-row intercropping A1 were 286.5 and 464.9 kg/hm2 resp.and that of A2 were 148.1 and 257.7 kg/hm2 resp.Compared 1-row intercropping,the leaf yield of 2-row intercropping A1 was enhanced by 62%.The content differences of crude protein and energy in A1 and A2 were not significant.[Conclusion]For developing feed production by utilizing L.bicolor in the northwest region of Hebei,the most suitable seed source for selection was the seed source from Georgia of USA at present.
